Eligible order issues
Contact research@bfpep.com if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item. Provide your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the package, contents, and label can help us investigate damage or incorrect items. We will review the details and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Other returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind after shipment, including unopened items. Contact us before shipment if you need to change or cancel an order; we will review its status and confirm the available options.
Shipping delays and undelivered orders
If we cannot ship within the timeframe confirmed for an order, we will notify you and provide the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. If tracking shows a delivery problem or the package has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
