When orders ship
Most confirmed U.S. orders ship within one business day after payment clears and the order is accepted. This is an estimated dispatch time, not a delivery guarantee. Orders placed late in the day or on weekends or holidays may ship on the next business day. We confirm the expected shipping timeframe before you pay.
Shipping charges and delivery
We quote shipping charges and the available service before you pay. Delivery time depends on the carrier, service, and destination. Tracking details are provided when available. A shipping label being created does not mean the carrier has accepted the package.
International inquiries
International shipping is considered by request, subject to review of the specific material, destination, carrier requirements, and applicable import and export rules. Contact research@bfpep.com with the destination country and material before paying. We confirm whether we can accept the order, the shipping charge, and the expected timeframe before payment. We do not accept international orders for destinations or materials we cannot ship.
Delays or delivery problems
If we cannot ship within the timeframe confirmed for your order, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact research@bfpep.com with your order number so we can investigate.
