Requests, availability, and payment
Submitting an order request is not payment or confirmation that an order has been accepted. We confirm availability, the final total, and payment and delivery instructions directly. Displayed product totals are estimates pending that confirmation. Do not send payment until you receive confirmation from research@bfpep.com. Review all quoted charges and delivery details before paying.
Product information and documentation
Review the specifications and available documentation for the material and applicable lot. A certificate of analysis describes the submitted sample and tests shown in that report; it does not establish suitability for human or veterinary use or guarantee a particular research outcome. Contact us about discrepancies before ordering.

Provide accurate contact and order information. Do not submit sensitive medical or payment information in the request form, misuse the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Researchers are responsible for appropriate laboratory handling and evaluating suitability for their research.
